Web UI Developer (Puno radno vreme)

We are an American company with offices in Belgrade developing a sports gaming engine distributed across multiple platforms that enables fans across the world to engage their favorite sport and each other in real time.
We are looking for a Web UI Developer with a solid expertise and experience and, of course, with a lot of fun, energy, and passion for sports.
Candidate will participate in development, testing, and support of web-enabled applications utilizing Java (Struts, JSP), JavaScript and Ajax.

Responsibilities:
- Build web UI components to provided specifications and conduct detailed walk-thrus to ensure compliance and completeness
- Produce static graphics, animations, stylesheets, and program code as required
- Contribute to design and feasibility discussions
- Develop software based on these designs in a Java/J2EE environment
- Build richly interactive web applications using techniques such as AJAX, JavaScript, CSM
- Build and test individual code before checking into SubVersion

Skills Required
- MUST have experience developing JSPs with JSTL, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS and dynamic Javascript for presentation layer
- Familiar with latest Web UI standards
- Experience in full product development release cycle with enterprise business applications
- Knowledge of usability methodologies and best practices
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform UI implementation and the associated compatibility issues
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess the ability to be a self driven quick learner with attention to details and quality

Desired:
- Subversion or CVS experience
- Experience with Liferay portal engine and/or web front-end development (DHTML) would be a distinct advantage
- Experience with Open Social Apps
- Experience in an agile-development environment and knowledge of scrum methodologies is a PLUS
